Arcsoft 5.0.0.82.79 (Can send but not receive)

Hey guys, well I had arcsoft installed and its AWSOME, but when I received pictures, It would say received at "an hour after the current time" . So I decided to uninstall and reinstall to try to fix it. Well now I cant receive pictures. Ive sent to myself so it definately send but when I click download to receive my picture it I click the icon ontop and it says "Downloading: %0". I even tried hard reseting and reinstalling with no luch. Any ideas?

UPDATE: Added some pictures to see if it helps.

Pic#1: Shows how Im receiving ma picturemail. So far so good
Pic#2: I click download while WiFi is enabled so I dont have to use sprints data
Pic#3: Shows how I try to download but it just stays at "downloading: %0" after clicking the yellow envelope on top
Pic#4: Shows how after several minutes, it gives up and says it Failed

Open text messages and then go to video and picture options and make sure that under preferences both boxes are checked, Retival mode is set to auto.

Both boxes are checked but Id rather have the manuel retreival mode cuz I use wifi to retreive the messages. Its just that when I try to receive, it stays at "Downloading: %0" It worked before, now I dont know what the problem is

Probably you installed another program since you first installed acrosoft. This could probably currupted the acrosoft files. If so than just re-install acrosoft again and it should fix.

Did you recently flash your ROM? I'm currently running Mighty ROM 5.
