flashing rom
 

when i try to unlock my phone my phone goes threw the props with the rapheal unlocker and turns my screen to bootloader mode and then i get a error telling me there was an error in the usb connection when the active sync disconnects and it is suppose to say usb on the phone. I cannot flash my phone. it says security unlocked but it doesnt go to the gray screen and download

You just need to run the rom loader now if it is unlocked. You won't get an activesync connection while in bootloader mode.

I have the same problem been trying for 2 days now and searching fourm see if I did something wrong

Try this, click Start-Settings-Connections-USB to PC, then uncheck the box under Activesync. There is a sticky with all the info on doing this, here

Tried your suggestion and read the unlocking sticky again still the same prob goes to boot mode running ruu then to the grey screen with 0% and thats it then get error message 242 conection
