Replacement touch pro sync problems...
 

I just received a replacement touch pro today and i brought it home and tried to sync it with my computer that i used just about everyday with my previous touch pro with no problems... Now i've noticed that this new touch pro doesn't have outlook on it and its giving me an error message in active sync on my computer when i try to sync it. Here is the error message: (Desktop synchronization cannot be completed. Reduce your mailbox size by deleting some items and folders and try again.). Please could someone try to help me through this... Thanks alot

that's a new one. i would try this: hard reset it 2 times in a row and if outlook isn't there, return it to sprint. on a side note, is that you in your avatar?

1st of all, try that pretty little green button in the bottom right hand corner. 2nd, that was a pretty funny and snappy comeback lol!

Ok, i've hard reset my phone twice now and still nothing... any more suggestions from the crowd??? Please send them, i'd really appreciate it!!!

I don't mean to hijack this thread but

Ok I got a replacement touch pro today. And I can't get any of my contacts to sync to the new phone.. I have found them all in my computer in outlook 2003 though.. I was also wondering is there anyway to change what name my phone syncs to the computer as. I don't know if that is any part of the problem but it's synching as wm 7

i'm kinda out of ideas right now but i'll search and try to get an answer or maybe one of our esteemed members will have an answer.

I Finally Got It! I Honestly Don't Know What I Did To Get It Right But It Finally Synced Correctly And I'm Happy As Hell!!! Thanks For The Help I Really Appreciate All Of Your Time And Thoughts!
