Help With My Htc Pro
 

Hi everyone . i used to be a verizon subscriber and now switched over to uscellular , i had them activate my htc pro in their system and am using the silent rom ver.4 . i updated my prl with one of their EVDO prls and had the voice up and running in no time . the problem is that data was not working and since i dialed *228 and updated my prl the unlock code in pst edit menu which used to be just 000000 has changed and i`m pretty much stuck with no data ., is there anyway i can reset that PST code ? i called uscc people couple of times but they wouldn`t give me the code , what can i do now? i would appriciate any sorta help with this

Try BAFs MLS Grabber in the link below. It should pull your MSL for you. Sounds like it somehow got changed in the switch. Did your new carrier program or flash the device in house to work on thier network?

At first the default password is 000000 but once you update the signal by dialing *228 then it changes to a different 6 digit code. If you still haven't gotten ur code then gimme your esn and I can get it for you :)

I would highly suggest AGAINST giving random people your ESN...it can easily be cloned onto another phone for free service for the thief.
