Fuze problems

when i make or receive calls i cant hear anything.... immediately after the call ends, a TV Out screen appears... my screen gets stuck on landscape n the phone freezes



ive had the phone a week, can anyone help me out?

Hmmm interesting...Did you try a soft reset? If that didnt work you could back up your contacts and do a hard reset...If it was not a hardware problem that would most likely fix it. Also, are you running a custom rom?

Are you making calls with anything plugged into your phones usb port? Did you install any tv out cabs?
Look at your usb port to see if there are damaged pins, causing the phone to think the tv out cable is connected forcing it into landscape.

no, nothings in the port.... i haven't installed anything, its weird....

the phone works fine until the tv out screen comes up, then i have to hard reset a million times to get it to work

Hmm, you running on stock rom?? I would backup and clear storage. If that dosnt do it its got to be a hardware issue.
