Skinning WM 6.5 Elements?
 

I know there's a way to do this... I'm just not sure where to find the files I need to modify/replace.

Does anyone know how to change the WM 6.5 scrollbars, buttons, and other elements?

This guy on XDA did it without Wisbar:

windows 6.5 supports skinning these elements. they are all just images and registry entries pointing to them. you can also control spacing and such now with themes. check out my theme in my sig and these threads to help get you started,

p.s. the large black buttons in the images you posted are from showaco, they are not part of a theme but a program he wrote to help create new titanium panels, his thread is here; http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=481379

how long have you been using 6.5? kind of sucks if you just found out how to create extra panels. The stock panels are coo, but who actually uses ie for example? showaco is really good, his weather program is nice, we can create panels with ease, and now we can create folders, he should definitely market that on the windows mobile market place once thats up in running.
