Animated Task Switcher (Pre-like)
 

Anyone know of a way to get switch between all the running applications on the touch pro without having to use the HTC Task manager. It works great and all but it doesnt look very nice and takes time to open the list of running programs. Is there any program for windows mobile that would let me switch tasks similar to the way the Palm Pre does it with some nice animations and that i could assign to the center button on my phone or another button (though i would prefer the center)? I did find a program called Task facade but i dont know how I could assign that to the button on my phone (not a long press but jus a single quick press).

There is a programs that will do it will make your phone have Panels like the Sony Xperia. Cant remember the name of the program though.

Yea thats pretty much what Task Facade does, but I dont know how to assign it to the center button or just a quick press to any button.

i hope when taskfacade comes out with a new version itll be live instead of pictures of the panels.

Qmenu does this very nicely (among many other things like 3-click wifi/bt on, etc).

i use dredsensor to map task facade to a single click of the back button, it is similar to aebutton plus but it is free.

Last time I tried that it wasn't compatible with 6.5
It ended up making part of my taskbar look like 6.1 (solid color)
and then left the rest untouched.
It was nice though, I wish they had a 6.5 compatible version.
But that was a while ago that I tried it, so it could be fixed by now.

Thanks to everyone, Ive gotten it working exactly how I want it and it works great, its soo much nicer to switch between tasks this way im not as jealous of palm pre users.(Using AE Button Plus set to open Task Facade with a double tap of the center button)
