Couple Odd Issues...
 

I'm using the SSS 6.5 Rom with Rhodium... I like the ROM but having odd issues.. For instance, I cannot dial any numbers. I can call contacts, but if I try to dial a number and hit Send, it doesn't do anything.

Also, when I select the Messages tab it creashes TF...

Any ideas??

This is a rom specific problem and needs to be asked in that rom thread. Did you do a hard reset after flashing? Did you redownload and reflash? If so, then move on to a different rom while you wait for an update

I have no texts at all.. Well, one sent, brand new phone, lol..

I tried doing the hard reset, and it WILL NOT work, I've tried and tried and tried, no go!!

Volume down, center button, power on... Just boots up normally!!

I can't stress enough how important it is to do a hard reset after every flash. If you don't, you may have odd problems.
hard reset buttons for verizon touch pro is different. just do a Clear Storage. it's much easier. It's in the Settings-Sytem.

So doing a "Clear Storage" is the exact same thing as a Hard Reset?

i tried that rom and had ssome similiar issues so i changed roms and am waiting for the update.

Sucks, I'm at work without my laptop and can't dump a different ROM until probably tomorrow, lol..!

"Clear Storage" *is* the same thing as a hard reset, but much easier.

Try re-flashing your phone, allow it to boot and configure, then "Clear Storage," repeat process, and use. I'll bet your problems go away!

hard reset fixed the messaged tab, but dialing numbers is still having issues.. Guess I'll look for a different rom..
