What am I missing for menu enhancements on 6.5?

I'd like to make get a menu like from db_rom on a different rom (still 6.5) just installing decibel's cab won't work, so is there some other setting that has to be in place?

Try Fingersuite... Menu Enhancement seems to only work in Cooked in versions of Rhodium Manila in windows 6.5... here is th link to Fingersuite

Turns out the windows theme ron arad orange undoes the menu enhancements I had installed. I'm changing to something else like classic black and adding my own wallpaper.
