Hard Keys not working, please help

I was trying to delete a movie from my storage card using Total Comm, in the middle of it the process hesitated for a while and I forcefully backed out of total comm and when it didn't close I killed the process with wisbar. Now my phone seems very laggy, it drags when scrolling through pages, sometimes at startup my mem card isn't seen, and none of my hard keys work. broke down and a hard reset, hard keys still aren't working. Is it possible that I corrupted my ROM files with whatever I did? WTF did I do!!! If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

wasn't sure if I could corrupt my ROM files so I flashed the original ROM back and I still have the problem, phone is slow, no hard keys working, and no scroll bar/up, down, left, right, enter working

Sounds to me like its a hardware issue. If you flashed the RoM it should be back to factory settings for sure. My buttons don't work all the time. If I soft reset they work again. So if I were a betting man if its under warranty take it back.

thanks for the response, I have gone to the sprint store and the replacement is on the way. Starting from scratch sucks but so does not having buttons that work.

my mogul did the same and they replaced it.
