So I need to download it in a browser? Sorry, not quite understanding.

My model nubmer (under Settings>Phone Info) is RAPH800.

Thanks!

Re: Multimedia Messages - New User

Nex-Tech Wireless is CDMA. As for the mms problem its possible they aren't lying when they say smartphones can't recieve them. Could be blocked the same as Sprint had done for a while.

Upon looking at they're website it say picture and video through e-mail so it probably is blocked. not to say there isn't a way around just might be hard to find someone who knows the setting for Nex-Tech.

Re: Multimedia Messages - New User

Hate to bring back a dead thread, but I'm also interested in sending/receiving MMS on nex-tech wireless with the HTC Touch Diamond. Was this ever resolved?

I think they are affiliated with Sprint.

Re: Multimedia Messages - New User

Right, they're affiliated with Sprint, but how does this help me? Sorry for my n00bishness, I just got the phone two days ago. Could part of the problem be that my number hasn't been all the way ported over from Alltel yet? I can send/receive sms & mms as well as phone calls on my old Alltel phone, but so far I can only make calls and send sms messages on my nex-tech wireless (basically sprint) phone

Re: Multimedia Messages - New User

Ok I've got ArcSoft MMS installed, and I'm trying to find the right options to configure it to allow me to send/receive MMS. How do I find this information? I know to view an MMS sent to my phone I have to navigate to http://mms.nex-techwireless.com/nex-tech/mms-view.php is this any help in determining the configuration information for ArcSoft? Is there any part of my mom's non-pocket PC phone that is able to send MMS on that I can look for this information in?

Thanks!
