Stock TF3D cab for clean ROM

I have been looking all evening for a way to install the TF3D. I flashed over to a clean rom so I can customize my phone. The only problem is that the clean rom does not have TF3D and I cannot find out how to get it back. Please help...

I have wm 6.1, does that matter? And this will work even though I do not currently have any version of TF3D?
