phone getting on my nerves

hi, i have a quick question. my phone keeps turning on, or waking up, at random times and when i have it in my pocket, it sometimes calls randomly. is there a way i can stop this?

also, while i'm here. is there a way i can make my phone faster? i found a program (forgot what its called) but its supposed to make it faster. i'm just having a problem installing the microsoft .net program.

Turn off Automatic Update in the settings of the Weather tab of TF3D.

a simple screen lock program works wonders. Just make it lock on wakeup or something like that and no more accidental pocket touchings

Try diamond tweak, Netframe 3.5 isn't required and it does the same thing with less side effects. As for the phone waking up I'll agree with dylansylvester and say you should get a screen lock such as S2U2 or Throttle lock.

I will add that I had this problem and while I love S2U2, it didn't completely solve the problem. The issue on my phone turned out to be an overly sensitive stylus sensor so I used a pair of pointy tweezers to pry out the sensor switch and my phone no longer wakes up every 5-90 seconds. There is a thread somewhere on here about that particular sensor if you think this might be your case as well.
