Email/sms notification "display on screen" unchecks itself

As the title says, in "Sounds & Notifications" if I select "Display Notification On Screen" for txt or emails, after a while it will uncheck itself. This is very annoying as I WANT to see the notifications! Any ideas?? I searched and found nothing...

what rom you using? check the rom thread and see if anybody else has problems like this?

i have the same problem. had it on mighty 4.16 and r3born. just upgraded to his latest and haven't had a problem yet. i only use email display on screen.
