Another TP

I dropped my phone on Sunday night and the half the screen stopped working (problem #1). I went into a local service center and had them look at it on Monday and have them look it over. Because I have the insurance on it they ordered me a replacement to be delivered the next day I got the replacement and after I picked it up I realized that the volume buttons on the side of the phone don't work (problem #2) I called the service center and they informed me that all of their replacements are refurbs (problem #3). They told me due to the problem they'll order another one. I go to pick it up the replacement for the replacement yesterday and they couldn't get it connected to the network (problem #4). They called me later in the day and say they got it working. I picked it up and found out that it has terrible signal and won't even connect to the internet (problem #5). What should I do next? Keep going to the service center and get their crappy refurb phones or call sprint and make them order me new one? Anybody else have this many problems with a phone replacement?

I personally would be on the phone with sprint now...

What he said ^^^ One or two problems could be understood, since they have to try and cover their own losses, but at this point it is just getting ridiculous.

Thanks guys was thinking the same thing, but wanted some opinions. I'm calling now.
