Auto rotate - stuck in Landscape

The problem with the Auto Rotate is a couple of lose wires inside the phone. Take it to the repair center and they should be able to tighten the wires back in place. I had that happen to a TP, if you take the battery cover off and put pressure just above the battery it will rotate back to normal. It is fixable at the center though.

Its not your software, a Hard reset won't fix it either. Its hardware.
