Change Splash Screen of Sprint Touch Pro??

Does anyone know how I can go about changing my Splash screen of my Sprint Touch Pro? I had loaded the PPCKitchen on awhile back and still have the splash screen for that even though I switched to MightyRom. I was hoping to change it, even if it was to just go back to the original one.

I found a link on xda developers forum on how to change it for a Raphael with a program someone threw together, how would I go about changing it for my Sprint Touch Pro (Herman)?

I think I have what you are looking for, just wait a sec for me to find it.

Edit: I think this is what you are looking for. Just flash this like you would a radio, rom, etc. and I don't believe it hard resets your phone but backup just to be safe.

I've used that HTC Splash a number of times, it does not hard reset the system & you shouldn't lose any data (although I would BU first just in case)

I have instaled this twice and nothing am I supose to do something else or should it set up on its own thanks

splash and startup screens:

you can chage them manually by overwritting using total commander or you can simply direct it to the ext you want using advanced config(near bottom)
