Best Rom to try

I am looking for some advice on the best rom to update my Sprint Touch Pro. I am looking for stability, features, speed and most of all I must be able to sync to my companies exchange server. I would love to have 6.5 and/or the new rhodium manila. Any thought from you experts out there. Thanks in advance!!

Re: Best Rom to try

you really won't know until you try them yourself...but if you want a wm6.5 i'd go with longhorn or sac warriors roms the new ones the came out with are 21725 build...which is the latest 6.5 build available(as of right now they are the only 2 touch pro roms with this build) it's really fast and stable. if you want 6.1 i'd go with cfays touch pro2 21028 build it is also really fast and stable.

Please, just go to the upgrade section and read the threads of the various chefs. Opening up a thread like this will give you many different answers since we all have different tastes, which would still leave you where you started which is no where. Just try a few and see which one you like, regardless of what though it will take you some time so just get the flashing.

Re: Best Rom to try

I agree with themufinman (the muffinman? themuffinman!) that you should try out a few and see what works best for you. Opinions are like.. well, you know.

For what it is worth, I am with Sprint and am currently using a 6.5 rom that I built with the bored kitchen, and it works flawlessly. It is very fast, has not locked up or frozen once, and has everything that I want in it (mostly because I used the kitchen to build my own). I also sync to my company's exchange server and have no issues with it. If you want to give that one a whirl, you can find it here:

Whatever you choose to try, just get going with it and join the addiction of rom flashing!
