A temp fix for the 6.5 corrupted ringtone issue I think
 

Well at first I hadn't had any issues with the ringtones and then all of the sudden in the last few days its been acting up. One fix that I have done is when selecting your ringtone in the phone options click the play button, as its playing hit the ok button. It will not say that the ringtone is corrupted anymore and it has worked so far.

Another solution, convert all your ringtones and sounds to .wav and use a program like alarmpal to handle all your system sounds with the ability to control repeated notifications. Its what I do and I don't have to ever deal with the "corrupted" mess that happens on the beta roms on occasion. :)
