Help My Phone Get Off Drugs
 

okay so half the time when im emailing or texting with my keyboard it sends it within a few words and i end up sending 19,000 times for one email by the time i get through it. anyone else have this problem

are you running a custom rom, or upgrades/changes to to the stock rom?

also how are you sending mail? the poutlook or some other program?

im running a custom rom but it does it no matter what. sometimes the texts wait until im done typing as well as the emails do. but most times it just sends. also this never happens with the virtual keyboard

oh yeah, hard reset, praying, voodoo, nothing seems to work. maybe its time for another phone.

well, since you'd need to replace it if is the phone, flash back the stock rom and don't install any programs. see what happens with txt first. if thats cool install your email and see what happens.

but you never answered what you're using for sending emails

Well I Just Recieved A New Phone And Right Out Of The Box The Emails And Texts Were Sending Before I Was Done. I Am Holding The Phone Around The Edges So I Dont See Where I Could Be Inadvertenly Be Touching And Keys. Someone Else Has Go To Have Had This Problem.

you've gotta be fat fingering something....there are really only 2 buttons on the keyboard (without pressing function) that can make what you are typing go away and thats the txt and email buttons....And those dont send it sends what you are typing to the draft folder....check there

Are you sure you're not maybe fat-fingering send or something? =/ On a stock phone this issue has never existed/been documented. Only on custom roms, and even then most of the time it's fixed by a hard reset.

Edit: Bah! I go to take a leak and catch some sun and Durmant beats me to it :(
