Help! Backup Errors.. (Sprite/SPB)

So I've been messing with this for awhile now.. (I have a HTC Touch Pro. No mods. Just stock..) Whenever I run Sprite, when the phone resets/reboots, it crashes Sprite right after and the backup log shows the backup has failed..

Now I just started trying to use SPB.. Everything seems to go smoothely until the very end. When it states finishing with errors, and then the error message reads "Unable to finish backup due to the following error: Unable to write data to stream. Possibly the storage is full."

Now I have plenty of room on the storage card and on the computer.. So I'm totally clueless as to why I'm getting errors for SPB and to why Sprite crashes right after it resets the phone. I really need to finish up these backups for my replacement phone is ready for me tomorrow..

The funny thing is I used PIMbackup and that "seems" to have worked just fine. But I really need to backup with Sprite or SPB as those backup EVERYTHING. Can someone help please? I read the manuals and everything but am stumped here.



Oh and by the way, this is what was created by SPB in place of what should have been the backup file.. I guess this is the error log..

I had a problem doing a system restore while using Pocketshield and Sprite backup. had to hard reset and reinstall manually except pocketshield. now i dont back up PS to avoid the problem. other than that i have no problems with Sprite Backup.

in SPB goto menu/options/ and uncheck stop processes before backup.

I actually tried again with Sprite and backed up to the PC with no problems, well except in the log it showed a warning like SPB had done above, only this time the backup was complete. (I hope)

I'm doing another backup on the memory card without the computer hooked up to it now. I think maybe the problem before was that I was running MyMobiler as I was doing the backup since my screen is hard to read since it's all messed up.

So as of now I have a PIMbackup file on the storage card, a Sprite on the computer. and another Sprite BU being created on my storage card, but wait it just failed for some reason.. Think I should try the SPB again before I leave for my replacement phone? lol

Now after I get all this done, if I try and restore from PIMbackup if the Sprite restore fails.. I heard there were problems with PIMbackup restoring messages in threaded format on the Touch Pro. But there was some special way to restore so they were threaded. Ever hear anything about that?
