Phone gets very slow after phone call.. :( - Page 2

hell ya you need one. memmaid has a free trial, try it. bet it helps some. clean ram is on the site also very good app.

zomg!

I turned my phone on at 10am today, it's 5pm now. I've only had 5 phone calls. I've been texting moderately all day and using my mp3 player when I'm in my car (i love how it hooks up into my stereo) and omg its so slow now! I can barely get my phone calls and it takes 5 minutes to type one word when texting. whyyyyyyyyy god cant they release a phone that works!!! for the love of god *face slams myself till my eyes pop out*

So will the cleaner programs fix this?

I switched to the SsS rom as I love it the most and it has 6.5 and I have installed absolutely nothing else. It's just the rom and I still have these issues. I even went into task manager and exited all the programs i could and it is still as described above.

How bout stock ROM, that will work man. I for one dont think Memaid is going to cut it..good luck

if the stock rom with the fatter bloated software is going to work, why wont these shaved down roms? There has to be others having this problem, what did they do to fix it?

also whats up with the music player only playing like 50 songs when I have like 600 on this 4GB SD card?

This phone is over all disappointing for the money I paid for it.

Dunno Windex man I run stock w/o any prob and have about 400 mp3 that plays very well and am happy with the over all functionality as I do lots of browsing,email,Voip,GPS,music, movies,radio,Tv's......except for the battery juice. This isn't the Mogul, little fat is alright

My last phone was the mogul too and it sucked worse than this thing.

Where can I find the stock rom? Maybe I'll go back to that and hope for the best?

The guy couple threads below or above solved his prob by deleting text messages...In case you have hundreds and hundreds you may wanna chop them up

what version of mightyrom r u using?

r u installing custom tskbars? sometimes the htcvolumecontrol.dll in the might b old which r incompatible with the rom and there have been instances when on a phonecall the phone will die to a crawl and u have to soft reset.

Just 12 diff people? O_o When I power cycle it, its fast again? So that shouldn't matter? At least not logically in my mind it doesn't. Wish I knew as much about cell phones as I did computers and networking.

I switched from mightyrom to SsS rom since it has windows mobile 6.5. I'm using just the rom. Nothing at all is installed other than that. I do use exchange to get my contacts and everything back.
