Is there a way to tighten the slide?
 

Being an old school geek (wears phone on belt) and having a giant arse (dunking Twinkies in melted butter) I sat on, bumped my phone about 9500 times. My slider is loose. Is there any way to tighten it up? Screws? Shims? Duct tape?

If you do not use your slider that much...I recomend using JB Weld

The slider mechanism itself is a wire "spring" and a metal plate if I recall from the last time I had it apart. I suppose one could replace the spring or stretch it a bit to tighten it but that seems somewhat extreme.

That's a rich mans duct tape!

There is something waaaay better, yet hard to find. It's called "Defcon". 10X as strong as JB and comes in 1/2 gallon cans.
