Rom Gurus.... need some help

So I got issued a Touch Pro (Alltel) from work.

It has no phone service, it's just on a secure VPN to access an in-house webserver for work related data. The phone cannot email, text or anything... it doesn't have internet access, it only has access to a webserver through the secure vpn.

My personal Touch Pro is running winmo 6.5, and I definately appreciate the increase in battery life. I'd like to do the same to my work phone, however I also don't need any "fluff" in it either. I'm hoping to get a lot of free space + battery life with some changes.

I'm looking to include the following in a "custom" rom:
-WinMo 6.5
-Custom Backround (integrated into the rom...)
-Vista Battery Gauge
-Nue Dynamic Clock
-Keyboard Light always on when keyboard extended
-MS Word
-Adobe (To read PDF's)
-Internet Explorer (Not Opera, the server data doesn't process on opera properly)
-Slide2Unlock (With Custom Wallpaper)

Disable the ability to access the following:
-SMS/MMS
-Email/messaging
-Phone
-Games
-Contacts
-calander
-weather
-Internet sharing
-windows media
-tasts
-notes
-search

On the 6.5 user menu, I'd prefer for it just to be the clock (all the other stuff is useless on this phone) and a link to access the website that is on the VPN.

I've never cooked a rom before, I've used several custom roms..... I've downloaded BuildOS but I hoenstly can't figure out how to do what I would like to do.

Anyone have suggestions?? Anyone up to a challenge?? :headbang:

*Edit to add: I would like this rom to be Manila free....

wow quite a list, i guess the best way to "remove" those things would be to find the exe and delete them form inside the rar files, oh and btw vistagauge is very bad for our devices
