PPCGeeks - HTC Fuze Splash Screen Inquiry

Hi there,

I am running Advanced Configuration 3.3 to tweak my phone.
There are three screens in which load to get the system running. I am trying to setup the "theme" as a BSAA phone, (AKA Resident Evil Group Chris redfield is in) For the first loading screen its the Carrier splash screen, ive made the JPG in cs3 but when I try to load it, i do the soft reset it is still the carrier loading screen. here is what im trying to use...

But no matter what it still is the att loadup screen? Am I doing somethign wrong?

For the Second Screen, the scren is the animated 3g att 5 bars thing.
i was windering if it is possible to replace it, and if so is anyone able to make a animation for me of a thumbprint scanner that says along the lines of please identify yourself or somethign like that? if that is possible i would go back to the first screen and take out the thumbprint there.

for the third screen i already have done, its in place of the MS Screen.
