Possessed Touch Pro - Random wake-up
 

Hey all,

I have owned a Fuze for some time and just traded it out for a Sprint Touch Pro (on MetroPCS), and for some reason the Touch Pro keeps waking itself up for no reason I can identify. This has happened in Mighty, SsS, & Juicy ROMs, and seems to happen without regard for whether the data connect is on or off. The thing is close to my head when I sleep and twice now it woke me up (just the light, no sound). The Fuze never did anything like this and I don't know what to check next...help?

check the settings for weather. I belive they default to auto update every so often.

Double check your weather settings for update occurences and check on when you have the time spaced to download your e-mail if you have it set to download automatically.

the phone will also wake up if it going in and out of roaming.

(ok, the damn board requires me to input more text and thus break the zen-like simplicity of my above response...well, where to start...I was raised in a small city where I always thought I was meant for bigger things...No matter how many beatings I suffered from the mean boys, I was certain I was a "pretty princess" and one day they would all be sorry...VERY sorry. It was little surprise then when I turned to arson and kicking puppies...OK, ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE MESSAGE NOW?)

the phone will turn itself on at midnight as well if you have an appointment in the morning or reminder for the day. that's what i've found out...
