Touch pro sprint suddenly got very very slow

My touch pro has been awsome and i've been using the stop rom for awhile. however in just the last week the phone got very slow. It will take about 10 minutes to load up and sometimes takes two minutes just to input a phone number. I decided to flash to new roms but the problem is still there.

Is the phone defective or just screwed up some where adn should I get it replaced ?

have you ever ran a memory recovery app like mem maid or something like that. alottt of text somtimes slows it down a bit but i dont think itd be that much. i dunno.

try this thread for the app. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=59447

if it doesnt help, try saving all your contacts and such and try a hard reset.

I don't think its that. I just flashed to another rom and its still running slow as hell. Right now i don't even have a single contact let alone any text messages.

Re: Touch pro sprint suddenly got very very slow

If you do a hard reset and you are still having problems then the phone is might be bad. I had the same problem with my phone and had it exchanged. I noticed this happening with touch flow 3d. I would disable it and enable it and some times it would take like 2 minutes to fully load. Loading text messages would also take long.
