Synching
I recently changed jobs, and at my previous job my contacts were synched to my touch pro from outlook.
When I changed jobs, I took my phone and contacts with me thinking that I could sync them to my new computer and work. Well....now that I connect to my new work's exchange server it won't let me keep the previous exchange contacts. Is there anyway to "download" them and get them to the new exchange server?

You may try looking into using PIM backup. Just as a future reference, sync your work contacts with Yahoo, Plaxo or some other application. Additionally, you could have exported them to a CSV. You may want to try a few things rather quickly as your work still has the ability to wipe your phone.
