Bluetooth watches

Are there any such watches that can be paired with a Verizon TP without extra software?

I'm sure you can pair any Bluetooth watch to your TP, but without additional software, it won't do anything.

I have a Sony Ericsson MBW-150 paired to my Sprint TP, and use Moneytoo's SmartWatchM software from XDA.

Correct, although of course your phone must have Bluetooth. The software has it's own "discover and pair" functionality, so the phone gets paired that way, instead of through the Bluetooth settings in the phone.
