alltel revA problems
 

ok i have a vzw touch pro that i got for free working on alltel but i dont have revA like i had on my touch from before so i called alltel advanced data tech and they said that the touch pro isnt a revA capable phone. but the one in the store where i live is always on revA, so there worthless i have full data mms, and voice working just not revA. i am on the silence X 6.5rom and the newest sprint radio. and ideas on what im missing?

the default WM6.5 taskbar icons only have a E or a 1X icon. It's like that with a couple WM6.5 custom roms. Not sure about Silence's rom in particular, but you should ask in his thread. So, if you're in a revision A area, it won't let you know with the icon, but you are probably getting it.

I'm positive Razor is right with this. During my flashing adventures I thought I had lost RevA at one point, but it turned out I'd only gone to a taskbar that didn't have an icon for it, and so it only displayed Ev.
