Adanced Config 3 breaks Activesync
 

At least it does on my Touch Pro. Anyone else experiencing this? Even after uninstalling it, the Activesync still gets errors. The only way I've found to undo the damage is to reflash.

Just using the latest Advanced Config 3 (find it on Google) on MightyROMs.

That's NOT a valid answer, using the "latest Advanced Config 3" could be any variation of the Advanced Config since you're referring to a particular ROM, does that mean 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.x?

Would make sense, i have been having issues with Internet connectoin sharing with Mighty R3born, everyone says that it is working but i cant get it to work for nothing. One of the first things i install on my TP is adv. config 3.3 so i can have the internet cut off. I will try to reflash and see. On the other hand, i was able to est. a connection to active sync and setup a profile so im not sure what is going on

I am having serious problems syncing with wmdc using mighty rom 5, but I never thought it was caused by advanced config. Since I don't know what my problem is, this could be a possible cause. I like everything else on the rom so I hope someone can come up with a solution soon. here is link to another thread that I have been posting my problem in http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=66672&page=6 incase anyone wants more info.

Running AC3.3 and WM 6.5 (Juicy7). Everything works here.

I've never had that problem but when i would use advanced configuration tool 3.3 it would stop letters and words from showing up from the hardware keyboard but the SIP keyboard would be fine. It's weird. I'm using the stock rom. But now i just use diamond tweak, and the issue never happens. You could always give diamond tweak a try.

I can confirm (for me) that after reflashing (currently using Might R3Born) and not installing adv. config i was able to use internet connection sharing (ICS) and activesync. Upon installing adv config, i wasnt able to use ICS. I then reflashed and was able to use ICS and installed all my programs except adv. config and i am still able to use ICS. NOt saying this is for all roms/users just happening with me
