Scroll wheel zoom broke in google maps!!!

I use google maps alot.. I love the scroll wheel zoom like in opera mini.. But since flashing new roms it only zooms out and not in any more.. What could cause this?? I really would like to get this fixed.. It doesnt work on Mighty Rom and Meridins 6.5, and I believe It didnt work when I tried Mighty 6.1 last week either... I downloaded new google maps from online and still no good..

Any help would be much appreciated..

I can confirm that this isn't isolated to just you, my phone also does not zoom in using the scroll on my TP any longer. Any one with any idea why?
