Acer Tempo Line...... Port UI??
 

I was just checking out engadget and saw some pics of the UI on the Acer Tempo line of phones. It seems like it would be pretty nice to have. Has anyone else checked these out?? Also, anyone think they could be ported to our TP's

Edit:: Just looked more into it, they have 3.8in screens and the resolution isnt VGA, with all the trouble to port TF3D2 this is probably asking too much

this looks sweet, i second the idea of this port. im guessing its the Same UI on all these diffrent models just diffrent screens. i really like the weather app looking thing in the first pic. These are all GSM though, you can see the front facing cam in all 4 pix.

Yeah I'm thinking the same, but IMHO that UI looks much better than anything else I have seen on a WinMo phone, including paid apps like SPB Shell.I would like to be able to find more pics (searched google only finding the same screens) to see all screens for this UI

Edit; I know they are GSM but arent the phones that the TF3D2 was pulled from GSM as well, I was under the impression that the dialer is what would cause the problems, not the UI, so it would still be possible, just WAAAAAAY beyond my knowledge to complete.

Maybe we can get this ported over to the TP2 once we have it, this UI on TP2 would Rock. . That would Rock.:headbang:

Looks like we're in agreement then

This UI looks much cleaner than what we have... I wonder now if it would match the functionality of the TF3D2 UI. Love the calender access, and appointments on the home screen, from what I see there is only one appointment on the home screen of this one.
