Hey Guys
 

After a long road, I finally got the Touch Pro. I am trying to unlock the phone so I can put roms and enjoy its strength. Question, I noticed when I set it to Bootloader it says "Security Unlocked" and the the SPL is "SPL-0.37.0000" I see the new SPL has the 037 but I want to know if I still need to Unlock it? I am a newbie to the Touch Pro and I am asking the Jedi's for some guidence.

If it says 0.37 and cmonex, you are good to go...

I can't tell by what you've written, have you run an unlocker? You need to look for the cmonex.

Sounds to me like your phones already unlocked. Maybe try running the unlocker anyways, Its right here....http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503

It will always say "Security Unlocked" at the top of the screen in bootloader. Regardless if you're locked or unlocked.

0.37.0000 means you're locked.
0.37.CMONEX means you're unlocked.
so, since you're locked, go to the unlocking thread here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503

you need to run this program first to get things started just have to do it for the fist time and then you wont have to do it again. just search for the program and unzip it ans follow the on screen info.

Thank you Guys for all your help. I tried to unlock the phone and it keeps telling me when it is about to start that there is a Error Update.

Fam,
I solve the mystery and I unlocked the phone as well as I put the Mighty Rom on the phone! THANK YOU TO ALL WITH YOUR ADVICE! From the Mogul........Now I am a Touch Pro Member Now!
