Oh NOES! Help! Lost forever! What happened?

I've been saving a lot of important messages with the voice recorder. Today I look at my phone and i record a message and it saves as message 15 or so. But I notice all of them are missing. I don't see 1-14. They are all not there.

What happened? Where are my files? I need them.

Need more info. Were they stored on a SD card? Try using a different program and make sure the files are not hidden. Not much hope here though...you might be ****ed

I didn't do anything to it. It saved where it automatically saves. I think maybe when I plugged it into my computer to charge it deleted it or something.

Not sure why they were all there a few days ago and today none of them show up. They have to be somewhere. I didn't change any settings.

plug it to your computer. click on the removable storage or the "touch pro" and then search within the phone using your computer. search for audio files or whatever type of file the recorded files are in. that way should find it for you.

:headbang:This is what I would suggest to do also. Let your pc search for you since that is where you had it plugged into. It might have stored them in a sub-directory.

I did a search on the drive when I insert the usb cable into my touch pro. But I can't even seem to find the ones I see.

I think they are saved on the actual device.

So far. I have not found them.

i find that with a SD card inserted, the files are stored in the My Voices folder on root directory of Card. try using File Explorer and drill to Storage card|My Voices... let us know!

Those are where the new ones are saved. For some reason after I used my blue tooth it renamed the folder storage card2. I went through each folder and I can't find them.

I think it may be saved on the actual device. Not sure where though. I went to my documents -> my voices -> nothing there.

I don't know if blue tooth, plugging it into computer, or what. But I think they got totally wiped out - maybe they expire after so much time?

Anyway to search my device for voice09 (or similar)?
