Wow, the nueBattery and nuePowerCPL is amazing. I was having the same issue of discharging more than charging when tethering. I installed nueBattery and I am now drawing 905mA charge while discharging 624mA while tethered. Thank you!

Ah I want the nuePowerCPL too.
I haven't done the two links suggested above yet, being lazy. I need to install the new Sprint Rom first.
How do you know the 905mA and 624mA? I just let my phone sit there and charge usually, never paid attention to it, but wouldn't mind having better things for it.

When you install nuePowerCpl, you can go into your Settings -> System -> Power and Backlight and see the draw/discharge in real time.
