Try a hard reset. If that doesn't fix it, take it in for servicing.

Re: G Sensor Stopped working

This has happened to me on my first two touch pros, its something wrong with the hardware. Expect your keyboard to go out soon toon, They will probably order you a referb phone unless you get lucky and they have an in store return thats open box. Both times my TP was messing up the g sensor keyboard and bottom buttons all went out in the same week, then the backlight would stay on full bright even when the phone was off (battery lasts a little more then an hour like that) Dont even bother with a hard reset, it wont fix it, I tried hard reseting and flashing and they didnt work, took it to sprint and they replaced the KB and it still didnt work. So they ended up giving me another in box TP, now I have 3 batteries, cases, acessories,.... etc etc w00t

Re: G Sensor Stopped working

hard reset would be the first obvious thing. If that doesn't work.... I would say get ready for a new phone. Make sure you back up all your info, and go to whatever your cellular carrier is...if you have insurance.

Re: G Sensor Stopped working

Man! I didn't want to hear that, and my backlight stays on sometims when the phone is off. I don't have insurance as I purchased it as a store demo unit. I will have to live with it for now till I find a replacement. Is there any roms that I can use that have a SND key on the touch screen, because I can't dial any numbers that are not in my contacts, because the lower keypad does not work? Thanks For the Replies.

Re: G Sensor Stopped working

You can just use the default windows dialer or in the HTC dialer, when you dial the number, just tap on it and it will dial it.

As far as insurance goes, you don't have to buy the phone new or from sprint for that matter, I've put insurance on plenty of used phones
