Question about video out cable

I was doing some late night shopping on Ebay the other day and i purchased a video out cable, one of the sellers from Hong Kong. I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize i purchased a cable without the charging port on it. I was wondering if I could use the dongle from the mogul with the video cable to charge while using the video cable.

It is going to be a little while until I get the cables and can try out, but what do you think?

Are you using this with the Touch Pro, or with a Mogul? This thread is in the Touch Pro forum, but you've got a Mogul listed as your device by your name. Just wondering which phone you bought this for.

haha, Updated. The touch pro was a recent acquisition

i believe you can use it fine. I have a cable like that i bought for $3 on ebay and it works fine.
