What Are You Using To Customize Your TF3D?

just curious to see what people are using to customize their interface. me personally i use the manilla customizer app but i was wondering where there any other ways. also for those using manilla customizer where can i find new icons sliders and etc. i have the same ones that come with the app im looking for newer ones where would i be able to find those at?
