i right clicked accidentally

a network icon on the bottom right of screen while i was tethering my touch pro to laptop and now it wont connect anymore. any ideas what i did? and how to fix?

n phone its just says "check usb cable connection"instead of connected like it used to. i tried enabling both network icons in network settings and retrying all steps again but no success.

have you tried rebooting laptop, and soft reset phone?

LOL When I read the title for this thread, I was like "oh no!...not a RIGHT CLICK!!!"

Yeah, right clicks are fatal. Format and reinstall PC and device.

Or give us more info on what exactly you did or screen shots or something. What version of windows you are running would also be helpful. Since the Internet Sharing drivers are part of Activesync (if you are using Windows XP), uninstalling/reinstalling Activesync might work. If you have a hot wife, daughter(of legal age), sister(ditto) or an easy/fast/****ty etc "friend" to send my way that might help as well. Otherwise, back to my late night beer binge.

make sure activestink works and also make sure u can get on the web on the device.

right clicks are fatal !!! wanna say that its prolly Vista !!!

I am almost sure of it. Especially since he has allready tried "enabling" the "network icons" in "network settings". Gotta be Vista.
