TP phone screen not so great

anyone else not lovin the TP's phone menus? i have tp3d running and i hate how it it takes me to a kinda like call history after each call but its not really call history, i still need to click menu, call history after each call.

is there a way to have it default go to call history after i hang up or when i press phone??

also, ill call a number, press keypad and the number is not shown, wtf? is there anything i can do to make this better? i have the white&black buttons default dialer that comes with tp3d.

i love the fast responding keys of this dialer and everything else, so a similar alternitive or regedit or maybe im just missing something.thanks

Have you looked the diffrent dialers in the ppc kitchen, most are Htc dialers with the look you want. I'll look for the cabs and post them for you. A regedit might do the trick with using the call button to bring up the contacts screen instead of the dialer. I think I might have a key remapping program on my computer for that too. Maybe you could set it up for a long press to bring up your contacts and a quick press for dialing a number. I'll post the files when I get off work for you.

In the dialer click menu->view->All calls that will show the actual history not the condensed history.

that works, but on my phone, it defaults back to calls and contacts after you close the dialer

i like the tf3d dialer. but do u see what im saying. after u make a call and u bring the keypad back up (from the status screen) the number u called is not there. not terribly important but i like having the number i called on the screen at all times.

i used to also always use the call history (on my 6800) to send text messages and see my call history. i wish after a call it would show my call history and that i could hokd down on a name to bring up a pop-up and click 'send a text message'

anyone have any other suggestions?
