strange hard keys issue

the other day my sprint tp broke and the bottom keys wouldnt work at all so i took it in and they ordered a new phone for me, wont get it till tuesday, but all of a sudden they work now, so, i would like to know if there are any variances in the original release and the phones that are being sold now. there is a blotch under the screen that they said was from heat so i wouldnt mind exchangeing to get rid of that but not if im going to have an inferior phone.. thanks for any help..

and now the keys dont work anymore.. could this be software based?..

Re: strange hard keys issue

that happens to my TOUCH PRO too, it is very strange to why it happens, but im i think this issue will always be the same as long as you have a touch pro, so i wouldnt replace the new device with a refurbished device. (which would be what you get more than likely) But other than that i'd keep the phone "cold" and i honetly dont think they are any variances in the models from now and then. (personal thought)
