Touch Pro provider unlock
 

Hi there.
I have my CDMA Sprint Touch Pro device and want to use it in another country with another provider.
How can I unlock it?
Or I just need to change something inside ##778# (I know the pass)?
Found some ways to unlock for custom firmwares but not from provider...

And is there a spanish firmware for it? Or MUI?

P.S. I'm newbie in CDMA.

i dont think u need to unluck ur phone for that. my htc pro from sprint works in Dominican Republic and i did nothin to it. im not sure if it will be the same. but it may be.

I'm going to Brazil and I'm gonna tinker with getting my device activated there. I have a friend who has a Diamond activated and I'm going to extract his PRL and mess with the SID and NID and all that other crap and see if I can get it working.

So as I understand I just need to activate it with provider and change
##778# -> M.IP Default Profile -> NAI ?
Or something else?

yea marsianin... thats all i did and it works great... i guess u dont have to no nothin else but get the provider where u gonna connect ur phone and ur new number.
