Mightyrom 5 Text Message "annoyance"
 

So I just flashed to Mightyrom 5 and love it, but there is a slight issue when sending text messages. The first 3 texts received/sent have like boxes exclamation points, diffrent symbols, etc before the time stamp. Not sure why it is; is there any fix for it?

Did you hard reset after flash? I dont have that problem.

Just hard reset and reflashed after that didn't fix it... None worked. I sent myself a text from the web, and no boxes/symbols, I replied and I got like a whole bunch of symbols... Its all before the time stamp.

I also have this issue and yes i did hard reset after flashing and letting it start up and run crap

Its good that I'm not the only one... I guess. Now, for me it stops after a few text in that certain thread... If I delete the thread and text the person back, it'll start back up and then stop after like 3 or 4 text.

Did you guys post in the mightyrom 5 forum? I used to have this problem many many flashes ago, i think the first round with juicy, like v3 i believe. It would do it every time i turned my phone back on, then eventually stop until i rebooted again.

No problems on groove's if you want to try them out.

I want to keep mightyrom, I just don't want all those symbols on my text messages. Anyone have a fix for it. I'd greatly appreciate it.

it's currently being discussed in the mightyrom thread. apparently mike used a different dll for his latest release (apr 25) to fix one problem and this one arised.

it has been fix. download the new rom on his first page same name different rom
