Simple help question

IM all stressed out since i had to hard reset my phone, . What is the name of the app were your able to unlock and remove the stock programs, from the program list when you click on programs on the bottom right hand corner of your touch pro.

I know their is an app since just used it like 3 hours ago

You can use TF3d and remove the lock

that's what i thought the program was, which i have, Ive been trying to remember how to set up my phone, and i forget how to do it, even tho i know its an easy fix...

Thanks So much for your help so far, the unlock is the second to last thing i have to due then im done
