S2U2 Notification/Pop-up Issue

I couldn't get an answer to my question over at XDA, so figured I'd ask here. Does anybody else have an issue with text or reminder pop ups where the pop up only comes up for a fraction of a second, then go away? This gets annoying with alarm notification as S2U2 kills the pop up, and the alarm only goes off for a fraction of a second and goes off.

Is there a fix to this?

Mine works like a charm. Sounds like something in your s2u2 settings.

In the section that starts out with "Lock System Notification" I have it turned ON, The next one is OFF, and the next 3 are all ON
