Need help from a Verizon Tech
Im trying to activate my alltel touch pro, I know others on this forum have had success by calling technical support and having them add the ESN number to the database.
I have been unable to find a helpful technical support person to help me with this. They say they cannot add an ESN to the database. Is there a certain division I have to call to make this happen? I tried customer care, Technical support, and asked to be elevated, but they say they are the 'Technical Support' and they don't know who else to elevate to.
Any Ideas?
