Net Compact Framework?

Cant get it installed, says I need more memory on my Verizon TP to install.

I disabled TF3D, and all unnecessary programs down to have 60 MB free of memory

Any ideas to get it work or a working CAB?

getting

Installation error. Stop all applications and processes, maximize available storage space, and run installation again. support info: 3

for 3.5, and i don't know why

same error. I am hard resetting and upgrading to mightyrom 5 later today so the problem should solve itself.
