My WEP200 works just fine with mine, and my wifes 410 works fine with her Diamond. In your BT settings, under the Device listing, click the 410, in the next screen, do you have a box checked for the services you want to use with the BT item? I have a 'Hands Free' box that is checked.

Other than that... i just tried the spare 410 we have, and it worked fine with my voice mail. Even booted the 200 from the phone while it was connected.

When you say it connects, im assuming you can see the pairing, but can you click the button and have it make a call or bring up the voice command?

Re: bluetooth problem

Are you answering the call with the BT headset or with the phone. I have had no issues with any BT headset or my car with the TP.

Re: bluetooth problem

I try to make a call from the headset by pressing the button and it dials, but when I actually get connected to the call, there is no sound through the headset.

Dumb question here, but, due to the type of ear piece that is, are you shoving it in far enough, or is it crooked so that maybe its getting blocked? i know if its not right, you wouldnt hear anything at all. Try just holding it outside your ear and see if you can hear anything.

What part of Ohio, anywhere near Cincinnati? Im only 8 miles south of the river in KY.

Re: bluetooth problem

I tried that too...lol. It makes sense though. Who knows whats wrong. It has to be a setting thats messed up. Im trying to get it to work without doing a hard reset because I dont even know if that will work. And no, nowhere near Cincy. Up north. Youngstown area, actually

Well i thought if you were close maybe i could help you in person. It is pretty strange that it will pair and not give you audio. Do you have Advanced Config or Diamond Tweak installed? Maybe theres a setting in there you have messed up?

Re: bluetooth problem

I never did the bluetooth to work even with all the configs out there. And just recently, yesterday, my keyboard crapped out on me all together. The screen flips when sliding open, but no keyboard functions work. I went to the sprint repair shop today and they said there are currently no fixes for the keyboard. Since my phone is only 2 months old, they are sending me a brand new one! Not a refurb! So if anyone out there is having this keyboard problem, I highly recommend taking it to the repair shop. Maybe this will fix my bluetooth dilema after all! Thanks to everyone for attempting to help me! Im sure I will be back on in a few days with more questions.
