Double icons under programs
I downloaded sprint nav and then telenav on my phone to compare the two. I wanted to delete one the icons to not cofuse me. Now I deleted the files and neither work. Not a big deal. I can download another. I just want to wipe the old icons out as well.

Go into windows/start menu *using file explorer or Total Commander* and find/delete the Sprint Nav .lnk file.
